Long & Lean Mat Class

This dynamic and invigorating workout uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, and other movement forms such as Yoga and Pilates. The benefits of this class include improved posture, long and lean muscles, increased flexibility, and reduced stress. Perfect for beginners, dancers, and everyone in between!
